We're recruiting for the new Emerging Minds Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health initiative!

Emerging Minds has been dedicated to advancing the mental health and emotional wellbeing of infants, children, adolescents and their families for over 20 years.

The National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health is a new initiative funded by the Australian Government. Emerging Minds as the lead organisation has partnered with the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS), the Australian National University (ANU), the Parenting Research Centre, and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in the establishment and delivery of this project.

This innovative program aims to transform the way infant’s and children’s mental health is approached in Australia by improving the capacity of non-clinical and clinical professionals to identify, assess and support children at risk of mental health difficulties.

The focus is to achieve early intervention by supporting practice and driving systems change and by doing so, transform the delivery of support services for children and their families.

Emerging Minds is currently building a team to assist with this exciting project and we are looking for several highly skilled people to join us!
